Transition To Registered Employment Program ınformation Meeting Was Held In Hatay

"Transition to Registered Employment Program Information Meeting" was held at the Conference Hall of Erol Bilecik Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School on Thursday, May 2, 2019 in Hatay with the cooperation of ILO Turkey Office, Social Security Administration and DOGAKA.

Representatives of public institutions and organizations, NGOs and professional associations and employers aiming to benefit from support within the scope of the program participated in the meeting.

After the opening speeches, Social Security Expert Tolga BAL and Assistant Expert Eren DEMİRCİ from Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services International Labor General Directorate gave information about the details of the Transition to Registered Employment Program and working permits.

Within the scope of the program, a total of 250 Syrian and 250 Turkish workers who  will be employed by employers in Hatay province will benefit from the support. Companies entitled to support will receive a payment of 950 TL per month for each Syrian and Turkish workers. Support period of the program will be 6 months. Both the new recruited Syrian workers and the currently employed and / or new recruited Turkish workers will benefit from the program.

The meeting ended after the question and answer session that the participants were informed about the details they wondered about the program.
