Bahçe district connecting the Turkey’s East and West provinces in terms of road and rail is located at an important crosssroads. Hundreds of vehicles and people visit the district every day. With this project in Yeşiltepe area “Waterfall and Observation Terrace” is planned by Bahçe municipality. Thus domestic and foreign visitors which are coming to this area will be able to relax and will have the opportunity to know the values of tourism. Bahçe district is also rich in wind potential from renewable energy sources. With the project, wind turbines which are one of the renewable energy vehicles will be installed and the electricity produced by the Waterfall and Observation Terrace will be provided. The project also plans to expose the cultural values of the district. For this purpose, social and cultural areas will be established within the project area where the tourism and souvenir or local handicrafts and local products are presented for the purpose of tourism.
