The Meeting had started with the opening speeches of the Secretary-General of DOGAKA Mr. Onur YILDIZ and Hatay Mayor and Board Member of DOGAKA Mr. Assoc.Dr. Mr. Lutfu SAVAS with the intense participation of the private and public sector representatives.

After the opening program, Celsus Agency President and Living Cities Project Director Mr. HuseyinAlper AKIN presented his oral presentation on "Living Cities Project". Then, the President of AKVIL Foundation Mr. Metin MENC shared the project named as "International Cities and Cultural Treasures Project" in detail. What is more, the Eastern Mediterranean Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association Federation (DASIFED ) and Hatboru Chairman Mr. Mehmet KILIC focused on "Strategic Plan and Reconciliation Importance of the City Marketing".

Moreover, the third presentation of the program was held by DICLE Development Agency Secretary General the Architect Mr. Yılmaz ALTINDAG on the issue of "A Success Story of the Orientation of Regional Development of the Local Management". Then the next presentation was shared by the CEKUL Project Coordinator Mr. Alp ARISOY on the issue of "Urban Identity and De-individuation Problems of Cultural Planning Process"

Another presentation was held by the Celsus Agency President and Living Cities Project Director Mr. Hüseyin Alper AKIN on the issue of "Urban Marketing and Branding Training, Urban Marketing Strategic Management Network and DOĞAKA Regional Modeling" as well.

Following presentation was done by İzmir Development Agency (İZKA) on "Urban City Branding andIzmir Example: Urban Marketing Strategic Plan" by the Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Relations Office by Mrs. Nazli KAYI .
