Technical Support Financial Program 2016 of "Institutional Risk Management Implementation Training" has been completed which the project was submitted by Osmaniye Directorate of Provincial Food Agriculture and Livestock and was signed by our Agency.
Training conducted by Mustafa Kemal Topçu from Fokus Life Academy. The training that 25 personnel of the institution attended took 3 days as 5-6-7 December.
In training process Risk management basic concepts, components, framework, process, objectives; Risk assessment standards; Institutional risk management models; Institutional risk management methodology and its application; Objectives, targets, activities and performance indicators; Risk identification, prioritization, control measures; Relationship between institutional risk management and internal control; Information on issues such as regulations in Turkey and in the world have been given. At the end of the training, a workshop was held to examine the institution's risk management system and the risks were identified, and defined and preventive measures were taken.
