In Coordination Of Our Agency “Fruit Ice Cream And Fruit Juice Concentration Facility Prefeasibility” Workshop Was Organized In Dörtyol District

In coordination of our Agency and hosted by Hatay Dörtyol County Food, Agriculture and Livestock Directorate “Fruit Ice Cream and Fruit Juice Concentration Facility Prefeasibility” workshop was held on 29 March 2017 Wednesday in Dörtyol County Food, Agriculture and Livestock Directorate meeting hall.
The opening speeches of the meeting were done by Serdar ÇINAR DOGAKA Head of the Department of Sectoral Support and Programming, İhsan İNAL, Director of Dörtyol County Food, Agriculture and Livestock and Hacı İbrahim SEÇER, President of Dörtyol Citrus Producer Association. Presentation of feasibility study realized by Assoc. Dr. Yaşar Birol SAYGI from Bilgi University. 
 
The purpose of this study is to develop agricultural production and marketing with high added value in order to ensure sustainability in the economy in TR63 Region, where both agricultural employment and agricultural-based exports are above average in Turkey. From this point, our Agency planned to form  Fruit Ice Cream and Fruit Juice Concentration Facility Prefeasibility” study. A workshop was organized in Dörtyol district to introduce the study to the sector representativies and to finalize the working towards the opinions of the actors in the sector.
 
Following the presentation, the meeting was concluded with the views and recommendations of the participants.
