Hatay participated in the "Gourmet Izmir: OLIVTECH 2018 International Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products and Technology Fair" which was attended by İzmir İZFAŞ International Fair Area on 09-12 May 2018 under the coordination of Kahramanmaraş Antakya Chamber of Trade and Industry and Agency.
The only specialized fairs of the sector are Ecology İzmir and Olivtech -8. Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technology Fair is under the title Gurme İzmir for the second time this year; olives, olive oil, milk and dairy products with the valuable participation of the most ambitious companies opened on Wednesday, May 09, 2018 in Izmir.
Organic textiles, cosmetics, toys, inspection and certification bodies and laboratories, and non-governmental organizations will take place while 124 companies participation from 25 provinces 3 countries last year in the fair, Turkey is national and is the only certified fair representing the international gourmet Izmir this year, 37 provinces and a total of 149 participants from 4 countries. In our region, olive and olive oil production in the province has been introduced with the participation of Hatay Olive Culture Research Institute as well as 12 producer companies representing Hatay province. The pepper cluster representing Kahramanmaraş province, Kahramanmaraş ice cream and Kahramanmaraş are produced in our province with a variety of cheeses to collect great appreciation.
Olivtech, the only specialized trade fair in the sector, met all domestic and foreign sector representatives in İzmir. The current product range is further enriched this year with milk, dairy products, fermented products, wines and technologies.
